My role is to help leadership teams redesign operating models so AI augments judgment rather than fragments accountability, and to land these changes in a way that keeps delivery moving.
This includes clarifying ownership between humans and systems, setting new operating rhythms, and ensuring teams actually adopt new ways of working, not just new tools.
